Seek independent professional advice for your specific circumstances.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to book services, or have a parent or guardian make a booking on your behalf. By making a booking, you confirm that you are eligible to receive the service requested and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
3. Health Disclosure
You agree to disclose all relevant health information, including medical conditions, medications, injuries, and contraindications, prior to your session. Accurate disclosure allows us to provide you with safe and appropriate treatment. The Quiet Miles accepts no liability for adverse outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate health disclosures.
4. Bookings
Bookings can be made online at www.thequietmiles.au, by phone, or by email. A booking constitutes an agreement to attend at the scheduled time and to pay the applicable fee. Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
We ask that you provide at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.
Cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
No-shows without notice may be charged the full service fee.
6. Fees and Payment
All fees are listed on our website and booking platform. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or cash, and is due at the time of service unless a sports team or bulk booking arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Dispute and Refund Policy: If you have a concern about a charge, notify us within 7 days of the service by emailing luke@thequietmiles.au. We will address your concern promptly and in good faith. Refunds are provided only where required by Australian Consumer Law or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Expiry dates apply and will be noted on the voucher.
7. Mobile, Sports Team, and Event Services
Mobile massage, sports team, and event recovery services are subject to a separate arrangement agreed directly with Luke. Minimum booking periods, travel fees, and cancellation terms for these arrangements will be set out at the time of booking. Workplace or venue safety obligations remain the responsibility of the host business, club, or event organiser.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on The Quiet Miles website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to The Quiet Miles and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Contraindications and Scope of Practice
Massage and related services are not a substitute for medical treatment. We do not diagnose medical conditions. Where a service is assessed as unsuitable or contraindicated for you on the day, we reserve the right to modify or decline to provide the service. We will advise you to seek appropriate medical advice where relevant.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time where a client has behaved in a manner that is unsafe, abusive, or in breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, any prepaid amount for the unused portion of a service may be refunded at our discretion.
12. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance at luke@thequietmiles.au. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, we will seek resolution through mediation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
